 In a one to two page narrative, identify and discuss your knowledge, past experiences, and feelings about old age and older adults.  Some questions to consider are:

• What is "old"?  When does a person become "old"?

• Where do older people live?

• What do the older people do with their time?

• What does an "older" person look like?

• What are some common beliefs about becoming old, being "old"?

• What do you look forward to as you become "old"?

• What do you fear as you become "old"?

• How has your culture/society influenced your attitudes toward aging?
